These terms cover use of the qarty.net site. Contracted services are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, graphics, code) is property of QARTY SAS. Reproduction without authorization is not permitted.
Liability limitation
The site is provided 'as is'. QARTY does not guarantee continuous availability and is not liable for indirect damages from its use.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
