Why we exist.
We spent too many years watching the same pattern: engineering teams with broken QA, agencies charging premium rates for junior talent, brilliant freelancers ending up overwhelmed. QARTY is the practical answer: a small, senior team with a documented, repeatable methodology, selling fixed-scope packages instead of hours.
